We serve as Administrative Trustee in partnership with investment advisors independent of Old North State Trust.
- Assets are managed by the client’s investment advisor. Old North State Trust provides trust expertise and administration.
- Custody of assets can be maintained by the Investment Advisor or by Old North State Trust.
- Sophisticated record-keeping trust software systems are used to ensure timely, accurate accounting.
- Ability to hold non-marketable assets within a client portfolio including real estate, partnerships, LLCs, and other unique assets.
